Last year the Halo Sport Foundation supported over 230 athletes in Bridgend County and Herefordshire via awards totalling nearly £90,000 plus access to free training facilities. The Foundation is now moving into its 6th year with our Patrons Paralymic hero Sascha Kindred and WRU’s wonderful Rob Howley still at the helm.

THE FUTURE of public leisure and culture services across the UK is receiving nationwide backing with the launch of Community Leisure UK.

Next month (December) we will unveil the refurbished gym at Bridgend Life Centre. Working with Matrix Fitness we are introducing loads of new equipment to help you build your fitness, strength and flexibility. All equipment is brand new.
