Starting this February, Tenbury Community Pool is officially expanding our group exercise timetable to include high-octane Indoor Cycling classes. Whether you are looking to torch calories, improve your cardiovascular health, or simply enjoy a workout fueled by great music and community spirit, this is the class for you.

What is Indoor Cycling?

Indoor cycling is a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed on a stationary bike. Led by our expert instructors, you’ll be guided through a series of climbs, sprints, and flat roads. The best part? You are in total control of your resistance, making it the perfect workout for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned road cyclists.

No problem! Arrive 5–10 minutes early and our instructor will help you set up your bike and adjust your saddle for a comfortable ride.
