Thinking of leaving?

Work with you to discuss and overcome the reasons why you are thinking of leaving.

Develop a new training activity plan tailored to you – taking into account your goals, available time and activity preferences. 

Diversify your activities

Do you only use the gym? Why not mix it up with another activity on offer eg group exercise class or a swimming session. 

Work out and wind down with friend or family

Temporary Membership Hold:

If you’re busy with work, moving house, pregnant, or injured, rather than cancelling consider putting your membership on hold for up to 2 months. This allows you to take a break without paying your monthly fee. Call us on 01432 842075 and we can freeze your membership and pause your payments.
