Exciting progress is happening at The Halo Bromyard Centre!

We are delighted to share that work has officially begun on The Bromyard Community Wellbeing Hub. Supported by Herefordshire Council Community Spaces Capital Grant Scheme, this project will reinvent the centre as a modern, accessible, multi-purpose space for the entire community.

Here is what’s coming as part of the £160,000 refurbishment:

• Better Accessibility: Brand new inclusive changing facilities and accessible toilets.
• Modern Spaces: 3 soundproof meeting rooms (including a dedicated room for our local police team!).
• Upgraded Conference Room: Modernised with a functional adjoining kitchenette.
• Open-Plan Library & Reception: Opening up the space for a much warmer, brighter welcome.
• More Fun: Increased soft play provisions for young families.
• Better Tech: Upgraded Wi-Fi for everyone using the facilities.

The Bromyard Centre is already a vital hub for fitness, gym workouts, group exercise classes, racket sports and team sports; these developments represent a significant step forward in helping local residents stay even more connected.

Project Updates: The work is commencing with the smaller meeting rooms. Although some temporary closures may occur, we are managing the process closely to keep disruption to a minimum.
