Customer service is excellent, a modest facility that is run well and caters for most needs.

Excellent centre and great staff Good value for money membership

I use the Toning Suite which is easy exercising. It is kept clean and the machines have just been maintained so are running smoothly. I do not rate the cafe as it is always slow to get a drink after a large class(30).

We swim at this centre so only come in contact with reception who are always polite cheerful and respectful.

Centre is great but price is far too expensive

Great staff at Leominster. I enjoyed Pip the trainer at spin classes and Karen with body pump classes.

Where have all tbe old staff gone? I have left due to the new staffing less personal not impressed

Halo leisure Ross has everything I want in a leisure centre. I especially like the yoga classes and the sauna.

Visited for Aquafit session via GP Exercise Referral Scheme. Facilities clean. Pool temperature could be warmer. Hooks on doors in showers for towels would be welcome addition. Staff welcoming and professional.

Easy place to access and staff are easy going! They helped me get a swim in when nearly fully booked which was hugely appreciated Swim lessons were great value for my 4 year old. Loved the swim party in half term ! Great idea and everyday was super ! Just wish there was a replaced coffee machine and sofa for parents and grandparents ! My Week trial was brilliant , the trainers were expert and glad to have been informed of the trial. …although I had paid for a swim sessions for half term as non member not knowing about the trial, naturally I enquired a refund on that premise was gently refused it, a gesture refund would have been much welcomed in this climate of costings rising and the certainty of our family using the facility for the whole duration of the week swim and soft play. A soft play loyalty card might be a good idea .. and dropping prices for 2+ an hour to around £3.50.

New entry procedure to the gym is causing some problems, otherwise all is brilliant

Extremely friendly and welcoming gym and classes. Such a friendly atmosphere with a range of age groups using the centre. Good range of equipment with different work out rooms. Circuits and spin classes are great Claire and Steve are very friendly and encouraging

First visit, staff very helpful, the Leisure Centre was clean, bright, warm & welcoming! Very pleased I chose it as my local centre on the App .. and will be going again (many times!)
