Enjoy an oh-so-relaxing sauna or spa when you visit our centres in Bridgend Life Centre, Maesteg Swimming Pool, Pencoed Swimming Pool or Pyle Swimming Pool. The perfect after-workout wind down.

Sauna and Steam Room NOW OPEN - another way to get your ‘sweat’ on!

Please book your swimming session in the app as usual. The spa and the pool are bookable separately in the app. 

Bridgend Life Centre: Steam room, sauna, ice room, hot ceramic lounge beds, feature shower and treatment rooms. 

Monday - Friday : 6.30am - 8.00pm
Saturday & Sunday : 8.00am - 3.15pm

Maesteg Swimming Pool : Steam room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. 

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday :7am - 8pm
Wednesday : 7am - 7pm
Monday - ladies only session: 6pm - 7pm
Friday: 7am - 5pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7.15am - 1pm

Pencoed Swimming Pool: Sauna and chill out/lounge area:

Monday: 7am - 9 pm
Tuesday: 7am - 9pm
Wednesday: 7am - 8pm (Women's Only 6pm - 7pm)

If you have a Active Bridgend County Membership you can use all sauna and spa facilities free as part of your package.  Children must be aged 16 years and need to be accompanied by an adult 18+
