Welcome to the world of Hydrogym

The Hydrogym in Bridgend Life Centre’s swimming pool offers the benefits of aerobic activity without the high impact stress on muscle and joints. The hydrogym - ten machines you work on in the water - gives people of all ages and all levels of fitness the reassurance that the water environment will protect them, while they benefit from a full body work out to strengthen and tone muscles. We’ll provide a full induction to start you off and then you can just turn up at anytime during the sessions below.
