Baby Gymnastics 1-3 Years
This fun, active session is for your growing toddler and will help them to continue to develop balance and spatial awareness by jumping, rolling, climbing and balancing across different apparatus and soft play as they enjoy music, games and fun activities. These class can be adapted for children with disabilities.
Gymnastics Ages 3+
Bouncing, spinning, rolling your children are already natural born gymnasts. So if you want to help them develop their physical skills, what better place to start? Gymnastics teaches your children important skills like balance and coordination.
With expert supervision and a playful environment, it's a great way for them to have fun and lay the foundations of a healthy, active lifestyle. Your budding sport stars can jump straight into the world of gymnastics. With an adventure playground to explore and lots of exciting activities to get involved in, the sessions are always energetic and entertaining. And while they're having fun with new friends, they'll also be getting a head start in the world of exercise.

Trampolining Ages 5-17
British Gymnastics Trampoline award levels addresses progress from the most basic of levels through to some advanced moves. They are sorted into three basic groupings - Level 1 (Awards 1-6) - Level 2 (Awards 7-10) and Level 3 (Awards 11-15).
It's a great way of exercising and helps build strong bones and muscles as well as coordination and balance. Through a coach led session children will learn how to perform simple bouncing movements to a routine with many different twists and turns whilst having fun.
Adult Trampolining
Rediscover the joy of the jump with adult trampolining sessions. An increasingly popular way to get fit and have fun for all ages . This is a British Gymnastics Trampoline award that progresses from the most basic levels through to some advance moves.
