The NPLQ is the most awarded lifeguard qualification in the UK and Ireland and is a great way to learn life-saving skills, improve your fitness, and open doors to employment opportunities.

This is a comprehensive programme including a final assessment. Please ensure you can attend all dates:

Day4	Thursday 28th May – 9:00am – 7:00pm
Day5	Friday 29th May – 9:00am – 2:30pm
Assessment date & time
Friday 29th May – 3:30pm – 7:30pm
