Feel Good For Life at Leominster Leisure Centre

Our Feel Good for Life (FGFL) programme launched its sixth session last week at Leominster Leisure Centre. Targeted at people living with dementia and/or experiencing isolation or depression, and their carers, FGFL sessions take place across Bridgend County and Herefordshire County. Each session includes a selection of low-impact physical activities as well as social activities, from puzzles and quizzes to singing and board games. This latest session features swimming.
