The staff are always friendly and helpful. The centre has a really good weights room with a large selection of various machines specific for various muscle groups. The machines are for weight plates to be added and there cable machines too. There are benches, squat racks and a large selection of dumbbells. There's a separate room where cardio machines are such as treadmills etc and also more cable machines. There could be some new machines put in such as a ski-erg, stair machine and air bike There is swimming pool and also a modern look cafe. This centre is in the heart of Aberfan and next to the taff trail. Perfect for the community.

Since Halo took over all equipment is back working. WIFI would be a plus.

Only use for swimming. Reception staff are great and friendly. Lifeguard staff are helpful friendly and approachable. General cleanliness is satisfactory some areas are tired. Showers are warm and kept clean

Swimming sessions are too limited and not suitable for people who work 9-5
