🌟 Meet Will: A Feel Good For Life Story 🌟

Will and his daughter Heather and Son-In-Law Colin consider the Feel Good For Life programme at Hereford Leisure Centre an essential part of their journey. Heather shared, “Dad is truly living with Alzheimer’s. He obviously has memory issues but still takes care of his personal needs and is constantly grateful for all the support given. He’s always positive with the people around him.”

Feel Good For Life is a programme designed to support people affected by dementia, loneliness, and depression, along with their carers. Through low-impact physical activities and social sessions, participants are empowered to stay active, connect, and feel less isolated.

The programme currently runs in Hereford City and Bridgend County, and we’re excited to announce that the programme is expanding to Halo’s centre in Leominster, providing more opportunities for those in Herefordshire.
