We have builders on site at Hereford Leisure Centre 18th Nov – 20th Dec ….
We’re pleased to share that repairs from the recent flood damage are underway at Hereford Leisure Centre! The next phase focuses on the Reception and Café area, with work scheduled from 18th November to 20th December.
Here’s what you need to know during this time:
Reception Relocation
Reception will temporarily move to the side entrance (don’t worry it will be clearly signposted). Please note there will be no café service during this period.
Booking Check-in
With access control offline, please check in for all bookings directly at the temporary Reception desk with our Front of House Team.
First Floor One-Way System
To help manage congestion, a one-way system will be in place for first-floor areas, making it easier to navigate the building. Again this will be clearly signposted
Gymnastics Programme Access
For evening and weekend gymnastics sessions, please use Squash Court 1 for drop-offs and Squash Court 2 for pickups. More details on this will be emailed directly to parents and children on our programme.
To help you navigate these changes, signage will be placed throughout the building, and our staff will be on hand to assist. Additionally, keep an eye on our social media for a video tour that walks you through the new layout during the construction period.
Accessibility Notice
The lift and accessible toilets will be out of service from 18 November to 8 December. If this affects you, please get in touch to discuss alternative arrangements whether that be using another centre during this time (at no additional cost) or popping your membership on hold.
JumpINGym Soft Play
This remains closed, but don’t forget we have a similar soft play facility at Leominster Leisure Centre.
Indoor Cycling Facilities
The Indoor Cycling studio is still closed, but don’t forget as part of your membership you can enjoy Indoor Cycling at Hereford Leisure Pool at no extra cost! View their timetable and book your space via the app or call the centre on 01432 272512.
