The GP Referral programme is a 16-week supervised membership.
- An initial consultation fee applies.
- New customers can pay-as-you-go or join with a 16-week Halo Exercise Referral Membership.
- Existing/recent Halo members can access advice and sessions, but not discounted rates.
- Post-Scheme: After 16 weeks, participants are offered appropriate ongoing membership options.
- Access – General Scheme: Provides access to specialist support, tailored activity plans, ongoing monitoring, and referral-only classes and gym clinics.
- All standard Halo membership terms and conditions apply.
- FREE parking at Hereford Leisure Centre (normal parking fees still apply at Hereford Leisure Pool).
- No further discounts for concessions
