It’s Father’s Day on June 21st, which follows on from the annual Men’s Health Week running from Monday 15th. And the organisers are going to rise to the challenge of the pandemic and current conversation about coming out of lockdown with a series of resources designed to protect men’s health…

But that’s not to replace a special Father’s Day gift, even if you can’t take your dad out for lunch. For those indoors with their fathers how about some dedicated dad time. Perhaps a delicious breakfast before a long walk in the park and an afternoon in front of your favourite movie, or maybe a pamper session with an overdue hair trim! For those separated why not share a promise plan for the three things you can do when you’re back together. Game of golf or tennis? A pub lunch and day’s hiking up your favourite peak? Or even better a commitment to do something fun and healthy together once a week or fortnight to make up for lost time….
