Coronavirus prompts ALL Halo centres to close doors from Friday 20th March 2020

Following the most recent briefing from the UK Government, the announcement of the closure of schools and after consultation and agreement with our partners, we have now taken the difficult decision to CLOSE ALL Halo Centres from Friday 20th March 2020and we will not be open to the public until it is safe as we follow Government guidance.

Children’s coaching course lesson payments - swimming, gymnastics, trampolining

Let us reassure you, you will not be out of pocket. If you are paying for lessons by Direct Debit, we have already taken action to put your payments on hold.  No further monthly payments will be taken whilst our venues are closed.  Any undelivered lessons that you already paid for will be provided once we reopen.

Halo memberships

We have put your Halo membership on hold free of charge. No further monthly payments will be taken whilst our venues are closed.  There is no need to contact us, we will handle everything this end. When we reopen we will contact you to let you know when your next Direct Debit will be collected from your bank account. Our Contact Team is happy to answer any membership queries on 01432 842075.

Keeping fit & active during our closure

Keeping fit & active remains important for general health & wellbeing and is the best way to build resilience to viruses.  We are working with our partners to provide our customers with ideas and solutions to maintain activity levels in the home. More details to follow.

Bookings - sports hall, racket sports, indoor and outdoor pitches, room hire, schools

Our normal cancellations terms and conditions apply to all bookings. Let us reassure you, you will not be out of pocket for bookings you have made and that we could not deliver.

Meanwhile we will continue to update the news section of the website and social media pages with all relevant information regarding reopening as well as sharing ideas to use at home to keep you and yours well.

We hope we can count on your continued support and we’ll see you back in our centres when we reopen.  In the meantime, take care of each other and look after your health and wellbeing.
