Charlie knows first hand how challenging exercise can be if you have an injury but also its crucial role in getting back on your feet and managing your medical condition. A major operation on her neck didn’t dampen her enthusiasm for group exercise - after a few adjustments which supported her recovery and  allowed her to carry on teaching, she was back in the exercise studio doing what she does best - encouraging groups of people (and Charlie has a massive following) to get more active one class at a time.
