When the plants bloom and blossom covers the trees, it's time to get outside. At Halo we're not all about the pool and the Pilates. We have golf and bikes, tennis courts and running tracks (as well as lots of lovely parks that surround our centres). Here are three good reasons to explore them.

  1. Spending time outside is good for the heart. Being in the fresh air and close to nature lowers stress and blood pressure levels.
  2. Golf and biking (both available in Hereford) are perfect activities for differing abilities, ages or sporting preferences. 
  3. Sport in the sun can be so much fun, and fun makes you feel better and is considered an important pathway to the mental health benefits of being active. Take a picnic along to celebrate post-activity!
