 We want to wish you all joy for the year ahead, and share our favourite tips from members for the best start to 2019. Ready to go? 

 

  1. Breathe. Deep and often. It helps you stop and be in the moment. Perfect for focus.
  2. Drink water. It flushes toxins from your body and keeps digestion healthy.
  3. Be brave. Try something new you've never tried. Learn to swim, try a new group exercise class, join a new sports club...
  4. Eat something deliciously healthy every day. Even better try something new (or something you thought you didn't like). Live yoghurt, a new fruit (papaya is so good, berry smoothies, pink grapefruit...), whole grain pasta...
  5. Set a goal. Ask our fitness instructor for help. Do you want to lose inches, run a 5k, swim in our Swimathon in March? Now is the time to start. The year has just begun...
