Josie has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, but that didn\u2019t stop her from visiting our cycle track to see if there was a way she could experience cycling despite her disability.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the help of our team, we found the perfect fit for Josie: our new <\/span><b>Ice Trikes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Now, every Wednesday, rain or shine, Josie takes to the track, cycling for over <\/span><b>10km<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in just a couple of hours. It&#8217;s not just about the exercise; it&#8217;s about the joy of independence and the power of pushing past boundaries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Josie joins us for our <\/span><b>Cycle for All<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sessions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9:30am &#8211; 1:30pm where our hub is staffed to support anyone looking to get involved.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And the best part? There\u2019s <\/span><b>no need to pre-book<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014you can walk in and join us! Our dedicated staff are always on hand to assist with setting up the bikes and helping get you comfortable on them.
