Calling all gymnasts parents and guardians we are inviting you all (parents, siblings, grandparents, friends) to our Gymnastics Centre at Hereford Leisure Centre to watch our Christmas Display and to celebrate how amazing EVERY Gymnast is!
This year’s events will be taking place Monday 15th – Saturday 20th December.
We have a new theme this year…‘A Spark of Magic’ – every group will be performing a song from the world of fantasy, magic and fiction.
Between your child’s drop-off time and the start of the display, we will have lots on offer (so please bring cash with you as well as a card):
– Tea and coffee
– Chance to win some fab prizes with our raffle
– Leotard sale
All money taken on the day goes towards helping enhance our Gymnastics facilities. At last year’s Christmas Display, we raised a total of £7,200 which went towards purchasing new equipment that benefits all our gymnasts.
How the events works…
The last week of gymnastics before Christmas (15th-20th December) your child will have a drop-off time followed by a display time which is the time you get to watch your child perform.

What else you need to know…
- Spectators will be invited into the Gymnastics Centre 15 minutes prior to the display start time.
- Entry to watch the display will be £4 per adult, £1 for children aged 5-16, children under 4 go free! Payable on the day.
- If you are able to assist with volunteering in the run-up to or on the day please get in touch with your child’s coach or speak to Zoe Preece Head Coach at zoe.preece@haloleisure.org.uk
- We also would like to ask for donations towards the raffle prizes and chocolate tombola. If you are able to donate anything at all, however small please can you bring items in and give to your coach before the 1st December.
- No gymnastics session will be running on Sunday 21st December due to the Christmas Displays and the Sunday sessions moving to Saturday 20th.
