The balanced approach ensures no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. Body Balance: Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that embraces elements of Tai Chi and Pilates and promotes physical and mental wellbeing  through a series of simple yoga moves. Available at Hereford Leisure Pool, Hereford Leisure Centre, Leomsinter Leisure Centre and The Bromyard Centre
