RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)

Halo is delighted to offer you the chance to train for an internationally recognised qualification in one of the most important and satisfying roles in leisure. The qualification - the RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) - can also be a stepping stone to a career within the leisure industry. The course includes physical training, theoretical classroom work, practical in-water and out-of-water assessment on pool rescue, first aid, CPR and lifesaving skills.

Minimum criteria to attend is the ability to swim 100m then a 50m within 60 seconds timed swim, treadwater for 35 seconds, retrieve a brick from the pool floor then climb out unaided.
