We love that so many of our centres are home to libraries as well as pools, gyms and exercise studios. We see every day how they promote wellbeing by providing a space for people to read, research and relax. If you haven’t discovered them yet, make World Book Day (Thursday March 1st) the day you add them into your routine.
Share a story with the kids before you dive into the pool, or add 15 minutes to your me time by taking a moment, finding a seat and opening up a book, or bring along an elderly friend or relative who’d love to join you at the gym (or at least for coffee afterwards) and who can discover their own world of wellbeing right here while you work out.
