The session starts for a 10am on Saturday 3rd of March and you can go at your own pace (just like on race day): walk or run the track, and get a sneak peek of (or try out) some obstacles, like our magnificent monkey bars or the wondrous wall! The sessions lasts 2 hours and gives you hints, tips and technique advice on taking part in obstacle course events.
