Shout out to anyone who met their target (even if it was simply to drink less) in Dry January. Now our attention turns from alcohol to cigarettes as we countdown to National No Smoking Day next month (March 14th). Word is that people who wanted to reduce alcohol intake last month were helped along by friends (not only those not pushing them to have a drink when they were out, but by those actively cheering them on and supporting their campaign).

The British Heart Foundation suggest we can help each other quit cigarettes too, either by teaming up with other smokers for a team challenge, or by launching activities in the workplace to get behind those wanting to make a change.  Want to get ready for the big day?
