Hereford County Cricket Juniors- Herefordshire Cricket Limited (HCL) is an arm of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) which is the National Governing Body for Cricket. We are responsible for all aspects of cricket across the county which includes Clubs, senior and junior, representative cricket to include county age groups from under 9s to under 17s and up to over 50s.
