We want people to feel good. One of the best ways for you to do that is to participate in leisure activities, which is why we are dedicated to providing exciting, value for money activities and services that anyone can enjoy.
The best bit about Halo is that we are a not-for-profit organisation, meaning every penny you spend is ploughed back into the services we provide. The more that people use our facilities, the more they are improved. The more equipment added, the more your community benefits. We're all about 'more' - can you tell?
As a Social Enterprise and registered charity it means we have no investors or shareholders to answer to. We are simply managed by a Board of Trustees with your best interests at heart - you can be sure that everytime you choose to use us you are also choosing to put money back into your community.
Our success in gaining accreditation from Quest has continued; all of our Centres are rated 'Highly Commended' or 'Excellent' by Quest, the leisure sectors equivalent of OFSTED. We are proud have been with Quest for 10 years. 10 year commitment Quest
The facilities we provide are Leisure Centres and Services across Herefordshire and Bridgend County Borough, on behalf of, and in partnership with Herefordshire Council and Bridgend County Borough Council.
Another thing you might not know about is that we are one of only five social enterprises in the West Midlands to be awarded Flagship status and are holders of the Social Enterprise Mark. Pretty good, hey?
You can watch a YouTube video about why we do what we do, and how we do it, here.
